TEACHING PHILOSOPHY & MENTORSHIP

Mentorship provides the opportunity not only to teach but also to learn. It allows for a professional and personal connection between individuals who would not necessarily be in the same circles. It lends to the experience of personal growth, and gives people the opportunity to be exposed to ways of thinking and different ideas from a range of perspectives.
