On Friday December 8, 2017, the Minneapolis College of Art and Design Master of Fine Arts program hosted our annual Open Studio Night event. People from throughout the community came to explore the work of the newest generation of emerging talent, meet the artists, and get a behind-the-scenes look at our studios and artistic process.

Attendees of the event were able to enjoy work from 30 students across a variety of disciplines including comic art, drawing, filmmaking, furniture design, graphic design, illustration, installation, painting, paper and book arts, photography, and printmaking. The evening included refreshments and a raffle of student art.

We would like to offer special thanks to all of our generous donors of food and beverage, MCAD Academic Services and MCAD Public Safety for their help and incredible presence throughout the night, and everyone who stopped by throughout the evening to say hello.
