From Chen’s statement: “The Other Side is a 24 page picture book for people of all ages. The story illustrates a cactus suffering from paranoia, a thought process believed  to be heavily influenced by the fear of death.  Although he keeps making trouble, his wife’s deep love and meticulous care make him finally let go of the fear and anxiety.”
