MCAD MFA students have been busy this week preparing for Open Studio Night 2017. Installing work all over the building, tidying up their studios, printing business cards, preparing food, and more.
Open Studio Night is an annual event hosted by the MCAD MFA Program. Now in its eighth year, it has become a great way for MFA students to connect to people in the community. This is the only time each year that the public is welcomed into individual studios with the opportunity to engage with MFA students about their work and creative process. This year, thirty artists and designers are showcasing their work and organizing this student run event.
Enjoy this sneak peek of students prepping the building and make sure you head to the MFA Studios and Gallery this evening to join us for this event! There will be treats, a raffle, great art, and conversation. We hope to see you there!
The MFA Studios and Gallery will be open to the public this evening, Friday, December 8, from 6pm – 9pm for MCAD MFA Open Studio Night 2017.
